Amy Rose [25]

A 'work in progress' I did~...well, just now, actually. The funny thing is, I wasn't trying to sketch this. I was sketching a request, but then it...came out like this.

Description [Read If You Want To Understand The Pose]: Note, this is not a "Lady Of The Lake" reference, but I will be doing one of Amy as that mythical Enchantress, but in my version instead.

In this picture, she's just dressed in a kimono that's falling off of her, which reveals her back, and that flurry trail you see is not her hair, but the kimono itself. In her hand is a Japanese Lantern.
Once it's sumo-paintshopped, what she'll be standing/waddling in will be a lake. That's the reason for the picture's appearance.
The problem is,
I don't know when I'll have time to color this, which is why I posted it, to show I haven't died yet.
I also have another version [actually, the FIRST version I drew] of this same picture, save for the fact that her hair's in a bun, her expression is softer and smiling, and she's properly dressed the way one in a kimono should be dressed.
I didn't post it because it'll look better when it's colored, so for now, I'm only revealing this one - the second version.

It's almost four in the morning, couldn't sleep, and I was listening to Han Zimmer's, "The Last Samurai Soundtrack - Way Of Life - [link] [at 3:52 it's just breath-taking...not that you'd actually click it I'm sure, but if you're in the mood for some soothing and EXTRAORDINARY symphony, you're in the hands of the right girl...and Hans Zimmer?
